Our ryokan is located in the Yudanaka-Shibu Onsen area, at the foot of Shiga Kogen, nestled within a charming hot spring town with stone-paved streets.
If you are arriving at Yudanaka Station, we offer a shuttle service (3:00 PM – 5:30 PM) by reservation at least one day in advance.
We offer a shuttle service to the station at 8:20, 9:20, or 10:20, and to the Snow Monkey Park at 9:00 or 10:00.
If you plan to visit the Snow Monkey Park on your check-out day, you can leave your luggage at the nearby museum, which is located close to the park’s bus stop. From there, you can take a direct bus back to Nagano Station (about a 50-minute ride).
This option saves about 2 hours compared to returning to the ryokan to pick up your luggage.Please note that the museum is closed on Thursdays.

For Guests Arriving by Car
No on-site parking is available.
Please use the Shibu Onsen Public Parking Lot (¥800 per day).
Important: The parking lot is locked from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM or check out before 7:00 AM, please inform us in advance.
For Guests Arriving by Train
Shuttle Service: Available from Yudanaka Station (3:00 PM – 5:30 PM, reservation required at least one day in advance).
Snow monkey park
You can see wild monkeys bathing in the hot springs at the famous Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park. The park is just a 6-minute drive from our hotel, making it very easy to visit.
Reservations are required. Please let us know when you check in.
