If you arrive early, we can store your luggage. Please let us know in advance.
The latest check-in time is 9:00 PM. Please arrive before this time.

QBathing Facilities

Our ryokan does not have a hot spring on-site. However, we provide private shower rooms for guests.

Guests can enjoy the famous Shibu Onsen Nine Bath Tour from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

A private hinoki (cypress) bath is available at Shibu Onsen Kadoya, a nearby inn.
• Fee: ¥1,000 per person
• Reservation required at check-in (limited availability)

QMeals

New Breakfast Menu from July 2024
Breakfast is available at our on-site restaurant on the first floor. We offer a Japanese breakfast, open sandwiches, and light meals, paired with specialty coffee from an espresso machine.

Restaurant Hours
• Morning: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM (Last Order: 9:30 AM)
• Dinner: 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Last Order: 9:00 PM)
Lunch and café service will be unavailable from July 2024 until further notice.

QShuttle Service

A free shuttle is available from Yudanaka Station from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM with a reservation required.
If arriving outside this time, please use public transportation.
Maximum capacity: 6 people per trip.

Departures from our ryokan
• To Yudanaka Station: 8:20 AM, 9:20 AM, 10:30 AM
• To Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM
(No return shuttle available – please arrange your own return transportation.)

QParking

No on-site parking is available.
Please use the Shibu Onsen Public Parking Lot, a two-minute walk away.
• Cars: ¥800 per night
• Motorcycles: ¥300 per night
The parking lot is locked from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
If you arrive after 7:00 PM or check out before 7:00 AM, please inform us in advance.

QSki Resort Information

Nearest Ski Resort: Shiga Kogen Ski Resort
Closest Ski Area: Sun Valley Ski Area
• By car: 40–60 minutes (Snow chains or studded tires required.)
• By bus: Walk two minutes to the Shibu Onsen bus stop and take aNagaden Bus.

Lift Tickets: Available atShiga Kogen Ski Resort.
Ski Rental: ¥4,000 – ¥10,000
Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort is about one hour by car, but Shiga Kogen is larger.

There is no coin laundry in the ryokan.
